Semi-Private
3-5 Person Training Groups
Work within our small group semi private sessions to get more one on one attention from your coach. In these sessions your coach will develop a one hour training session that is gear toward the needs of the group.
Training groups will meet at a frequency that is best for the needs of all members.
Members have the option of starting their own training group with friends or family. Or if you are interested in semi private sessions, but do not have a group, our team can determine the best match for you and your needs.
One-on-one
Work with the trainer that best fits your goals to optimize the fitness experience. Together you will develop a plan of attack to develop a training program tailored to your exact wants and needs.
Personal sessions provide the most individualized option available and can allow for athletes to hone in on specific fitness goals.
