This membership is designed to elevate members current class experience. Working with a designated coach, you will develop thoughtful goals with a clear roadmap on how to achieve your desired results. This process will include unlimited group classes, one on one goal setting sessions, bi-monthly one on one check ins, specific programming tailored toward your goals, and workout tracking/review.

With a tailored individual approach to nutrition and specific goals you and our coaching staff will be able to develop the game plan that gets you results that are propelled by rocket fuel. This total package includes unlimited group classes, one on one goal setting sessions, bi-monthly one on one check ins, specific programming tailored toward your goals, workout tracking/review, nutrition counseling, and two personal training sessions every month.

Our foundation program is made up of three 1 on 1 sessions with a CrossFit Undaunted trainer at our Augusta Facility. These sessions are mandatory for first time CrossFit athletes.
The foundations program is designed to give the new client a base of movement and knowledge so they can be comfortable in everyday classes. They also allow for the trainer to diagnose movement and get to know the new member.
Each of these sessions can be scheduled at the client’s convenience, and can be completed within a week in most cases.
